Oh yeah, and it was kind of a cr@p day. I've managed one client for 15 years, and today they let me know they're not renewing my contract. So I'm also going through the world's slowest firing as well. I'm under contract until June.
I felt surprised, hurt, angry, unappreciated, and sad. I will feel more of that, and it's normal. But I also know what's on the other side of those feelings, now that I've been through them before. I'll process my feelings and move forward and be ok. Something better lies ahead. But today I feel a little bad.
