[Not Quitting]

I really hate my cell phone provider right now. My H and spent over an hour on the phone with them on the weekend splitting our phone account. Today I get the initial bill for my new account but can't access it online because the email address on file is wrong. Try to change the email account and get advised that I'm not authorized to make that change. It turns out that the cell phone provider has got the old joint account and both my H's new account and my new account all listed with H as primary account holder .

Now I've got to arrange with H to meet up so we can both talk to the cell phone provider and get his name removed from an account that he should never have been listed on in the first place. And to make things worse, one department confirmed that everything was set up right but the department I need says it's not and can't explain why the two records are different . Geesh.
