It's so easy to fall into the "look what she did, so I did x or y or z"

I prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt, cause I'm going to do whatever I need to do to take care of me regardless.

I never really know what the intentions of the other person are so why go there?

All I need worry about is taking care of me.
