Physical Therapy moves along, I need some shots to alleviate the spasticity of the muscles in my legs, they tend to want to tense up when I need them to relax.

I have been using this time to get closer to my youngest boy, our oldest is out of the house, we play games together and read, and he won't let me pick on Mom. : )
