Okay - so after the great family weekend, then today H comes over at noon on the way back to the office. He got here just after my S6 got dropped off on a fire truck. (It was a silent auction item at school and his friend invited him - so fire truck instead of school bus today)
My MIL was here and decided to take the boys to Panera for lunch. So...our nooner was more leisurely and relaxed as we didn't have any kids here.
He came over after work and we went to S9 and S6 softball game. Then came back here to get kids to bed.
As H was leaving, S3 says the usual "Pack up and come home" and H says "tomorrow". S3 hesitated and said it again - and again H says "tomorrow".
I didn't say a word - but it would be news to me if he truly were coming home tomorrow...
Dare I hope?
Say an extra prayer for me - they certainly worked for the weekend trip! I'll keep you posted.

My kids and I were just headed out on an errand when a friend of my H's pulls up in his truck. The friend comes to the door and says that he has some stuff to drop off. I follow him out and there is my H's truck in the driveway full of stuff too!
The friend says "another thing I need to drop off is him". I didn't say anything. My H just smiles and says, "what? you didn't believe me last night?"
So he is moving back home! I am shaking and just hyper! They went to get another load of stuff so I only have a little while. I am going to run up and clean out his side of the closet so he can puthis stuff in it later.
Okay - gang - prayers needed here. Will be back tomorrow for advice on how to proceed!
I wouldn't be here if it weren't for DBing and all of you. You have all given me such strength and knowing that you will help me with the next (and I suspect even harder) part of the journey makes me smile.
Thanks to you all - big (((HUGS))))!!!!

Hey Pam - Knew you'd be waiting for an update, but couldn't believe it when it really happened. Still can't believe it now!
HoldingOn - I am your hero? I wouldn't be welcoming my H home were it not from the lessons I've learned from everyone here on the BB - including you.
Nitaf - okay - now I'm gonna need your support all the more. Dbing 24-7 is going to be exhausting and more challenging than anything I've done so far.
Cathy - You have been one of my main cheerleaders in this process. You ROCK! Now, I am going to need all the pearls of wisdom that you can share - having my H here is going to mean that I have to work that much harder. You of all people know what that means!
Journaling (maybe this will help someone else some day - and me too!)
I am still in the hyper mode today even though I am exhausted. Didn't sleep well - seemed weird to share our bed again - as well as the covers LOL! H and his friend went out to eat after moving part of his stuff home last night. Before he left, he asked if it was okay (he used to just inform me of his plans). Then he came home, watched the news, came in to bed (I was already there) and cuddled and .
I didn't say much, but did say - Welcome home. So now today I am scrambling to get things cleaned up so that we can figure out what of his new stuff we will keep (furniture, TV, DVD player - yeah all new!) and what we will get rid of (yukky old couch, chairs, etc).
The next few days will be exhausting and stressful as this continues. I also need to keep an eye on the kids. They didn't say much - of course they want daddy home, but there will be an adjustment phase for them too.
I still can't believe it....
