Pudmuddle, If you don't get any satisfaction out of the meeting, then take your issues to the next level. You want to try to follow the chain of command as best you can because if you don't, you could make it harder on yourself w/your supervisor.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
