Root canal went well on Monday. Afterwards, since I was downtown anyway, went to a movie instead of working - guess what? I'm off again this week and yes, I had forgotten again. LOL. Here's to next year's vacation being better planned!
I still don’t know how someone can forget they’re scheduled to be on vacation . But I’m glad the root canal went well .

At least in the dark no one can see the struggle of eating with a frozen face LOL . If it’s in the freezer it isn’t wasted – unless you forget it’s there and end up throwing it out this time next year LOL .

A friend of my dad’s keeps complaining about having to pay school tax when he hasn’t got kids, grown up or otherwise. I want to know how come I still have to buy supplies, pay for loads of stuff and still get asked for donations to fund raising for the school.

Last time we discussed it was weeks ago after her panicked email or text saying she didn't know what to do about paying it, and I had said let's both see what we can set aside for the next few paydays before it's due....
How much blood can you get from a nickel?

You are so right – you can’t fix her. Maybe she’ll eventually see that you are working on your problems and she’ll decide to work on hers .
