So interesting that your H didn't decide to do karate and seemed to have missed you not coming home... maybe you gave him a moment to think about what life would be like without you and it DID have an impact.
I will be hopefully optimistic that you keep the state of mind you are in... that you would be okay with a D if he wanted it. That is such a huge deal in the detachment department! I'm proud of you.
