Had my IC this week, she was a lot better today than last week She said I needed to work more on my emotional wellbeing and suggested that I come off my pc earlier (haha!!) and go and give myself a bit of a pamper every day I'm going to try that and see how I get on, will take a bit of will power at first to get me off my pc and I'll probably have to have my wine o;clock a bit earlier
We had Indian head massage training today, so no mediation meeting today. I am concerned about it, but at least it will get things out in the open.
My H rang, he sounded cheerful again and told me what he was going to get my son for Christmas just in case I was going to get them for him. He's not buying my son loads, but at least he's not asking me for money I'm still suspicious why he's being nice to me. Maybe he's saving up for the d that I'm going to refuse anyway, lol. He'll be wasting his money

In my world wine o'clock and the computer to myself is giving myself a bit of a pamper LOL . I can only paint my nails so many times before it gets silly. And while soaking in a nice hot bath is wonderful, it's chilly when you get out and the air in the rest of the house is cooler than the steamy warm of the bathroom .

I agree, but I do need to get off this computer earlier as I'm not getting enough sleep I need to have energy for college, long day tomorrow, we finish at 7.30pm and I'm exhausted when we do!

I know, tell me about it lol. I'm just about to turn my pc off when the emails start coming in! I've not got time to read them in the morning and I still can't get them on my phone. It's gonna take a lot of willpower, lol

Isn't it strange when they switch from being moody and grumpy to being nice? I don't blame you for being suspicious.

Hopefully you'll get your mediation session soon and get the school issue sorted. That'll be one less source of stress in your life .
