Had my IC this week, she was a lot better today than last week She said I needed to work more on my emotional wellbeing and suggested that I come off my pc earlier (haha!!) and go and give myself a bit of a pamper every day I'm going to try that and see how I get on, will take a bit of will power at first to get me off my pc and I'll probably have to have my wine o;clock a bit earlier We had Indian head massage training today, so no mediation meeting today. I am concerned about it, but at least it will get things out in the open. My H rang, he sounded cheerful again and told me what he was going to get my son for Christmas just in case I was going to get them for him. He's not buying my son loads, but at least he's not asking me for money I'm still suspicious why he's being nice to me. Maybe he's saving up for the d that I'm going to refuse anyway, lol. He'll be wasting his money
