It was the best of times it was the worst of times

Today was pretty good, went to the auto show for awhile took a bunch of pictures. Sat in the new Stingray Corvette, ZL1 Camaro, and Audi R8 Spyder. It was pretty entertaining and on the shuttle bus back to the parking lot, I got in a good conversation with the bus driver. It was just he and I riding back to the lot, so it would have been awkward to be silent. I asked him about his life, and congratulated him on his upcoming retirement and having the foresight to set aside money to be able to retire at 61. I hope I built him up and made him feel good.

I also stopped and got a Christmas tree on the way home, already have it up, lit and the 6 ornaments that W decided to leave me on it.

I read some of AnotherStanders posts about a low energy WAW and I believe I have one (knock on wood). I mentioned we should put the house on the market when we met up 11/9. If it were me wanting to get the D from her, and the house was a major stumbling block, I think I would have moved more quickly in finding a realtor. She put in one of her emails something about still researching them and sending me the lady's info before moving forward. I'm not complaining, but still waiting to hear from her. I'm trying to not let the fact that she is a LE WAW throw me for a loop. She still seems determined to go through with this from all of the talk/actions I've seen. She makes no attempt to contact me unless I reach out to her first. Going dark does not seem to be helping in that department.

I decided I would wait to push switching vehicles until she contacts me about putting the house up for sale. Sort of a cause/effect, she inconveniences me by putting the house for sale and making me find a place to live/move out, I'll take away the nice car. I know that's vindictive and churlish but that's what I feel like doing now.

As far as I know, her seasonal job comes to an end soon, maybe that will change her energy level in terms of getting this D pushed through. Only time will tell.
