DH, I am not totally up on your sitch, but really? The cat wants her to come back? Is she normally passive aggressive?
For months, she has stopped by the house to "see the cat." No one believes she is stopping by to just see the cat. I think it is just easier for her than to admit she would like to see me. Most visits she just vents about work.
