Thanks Betsey. He has driven for over a year but with the weather really bad I was a tad scared with him driving my newer car. It is only 4 years old. This morning his doors were iced shut and I spent quite a bit if time trying to get in while he worked on the windows. Here his girfriend who normally drives isn't since her dad needs his car so he had to drive. Fortunately the roads weren't bad.

Yes not fun when it is this cold. As for Xmas shopping I am just about done though I really do hate to shp before Thanksgiving. I have just come across the right thing at the right time I guess.
