That's just typical. The place is there to give people advice and they're never open or don't answer the phone.

One other thought - are they online? You may be able to contact them that way and set up an appointment. I know a lot of things were less internet based when I lived there, but things have probably changed in the last 10 years.

Just trying to help out - don't want you getting stressed by this when your H is giving you enough stress.
