Another small positive I've noticed with H

His 'room' is right next to our living room and whenever he undressed or was coming out of the shower he would have the door closed, like he couldn't allow me to see his nekkedness.

Now in the past few days, he has come out from his room without his shirt on, or when he was changing out of his karate clothes he came out in just his underwear and proceeded to get dressed in the living room while talking to me.
