Such a good motto though I am sure many thought that saying would die with VHS tapes. I say it to my kids when they have said something that upset their siblings. Simply stop, be kind and replay the situation in a better way. Hopefully the hurtful situation won't come up so often.

Oh yeah,still no luck with the key. At least I have a spare or two.
