Ick sorry about that MIL, she sounds nuts. Their relationship sounds kind of creepy actually, lol. People get even stranger around the holidays.

Well they were the planners so it would be us going to their house(s). They also wrote off the other son's divorced wife, but she was a severe alcoholic and also went down the crazy path when they divorced, so it was not pretty. My SIL and MIL know I am not the crazy type. MIL even told me she will still love me no matter what, but I haven't heard a word from her since she said that...

It's tough to lose friends and family this way. Write it off I guess, to her making an attempt to include your boys in the holiday. Sorry Rose, that's really rough on you.
