The boys and I were driving home fir my parent's house and were laughing and singing about Christmas. S14 comments how he's setting his alarm for 3am Christmas Eve. S19 comments about after the sil's house, where we normally go Christmas Eve, and S14 says he's coming.

I immediately shut down. Now, I'm really upset and crying. How do I get through this? Any suggestions? I feel like I can't breath when they talk about going there. Where I'm hated and vilified. I don't know how to do this
