Hwa, I hear what you're saying, I make sure I'm really tired before I go to bed. A mug of camomile and a good book helps me to drop off as well Valerian tablets have also helped me in the past, but you need to check if you're on other meds. Oh and a glass of spritzer helps as well, I forgot about that one, lol. 2old, I get mixed up with who is where lol. I forgot that you're in America as well.
