I was a lousy husband as well- I was too busy with doing things, for us, that WE agreed upon, to make our lives better in the future.

Folks would always say "Marriage takes alot of work". I never understood what those people meant.I never "worked" at it....but boy did I work- so much that I never spent time with my family.

Listening to my employees talk about their sitch's - many work opposite shifts of their husbands...It so much easier to see the warning signs of what lies behind the upcoming hills of their lives.
