It really helps when you need to know whether someone got an email. Especially when things don't always go through.

I tried it out and sent an email to myself on my computer. I read it once, then logged into the GetNotify account I created. The activity log said I had read it 8 times, the one time on my computer and seven more times from the Android app on my phone (which I didn't pick up and check the email on). So it may count a "read" every time a phone app syncs emails (this was through Yahoo).
