Thanks everyone smile I forgot to mention yesterday that I found a cat toy on top of my pc monitor. I laughed at this and realised it must have been H who put it there. His good sense of humour is still there somewhere, something that attracted me to him in the first place smile
Had a good but tiring day today. We had a college trip to an exhibition in a nearby city. We came back at about 4.30, picked my son up and then we stayed out for dinner as we had youth club tonight. I've got back in and had to do the Church notices to be printed tomorrow. It took me longer than usual to do frown
Got a fairly busy day tomorrow, got my food shopping to do and seeing the women's support group. I'll probably meet up with my friends at lunch time tomorrow smile

TTD180, that small step of placing the toy cat on your monitor is a small baby step. Good stuff.

I hope so smile I've still got the money issue hanging over me though. I'll have to see what he's like on Sunday. It wasn't a toy cat by the way, it was one of the cat's toys, lol smile

Was it a new toy? Is that why you are so sure your H put it there? If yes, then I agree with HWA about it being a baby step on his part.

Just remember not to bring up that money issue. It's his problem, let him deal with it and definitely let him be the one to bring it up.

Sounds like your GALing is still going well. Keep it up smile.

It was just a toy that my cat likes to play with, it was an old toy that my H had found on the floor. Maybe i'm reading too much into this as I know he's being ocd about cleaning and maybe he's trying to berate the cat now for leaving her toys on the floor, lol.
I went to the women's support but they said as I'm already having counselling there's nothing really they can do. They feel that it's not threatening enough for them to get involved and that I'm doing ok smile
I won't be bringing up any money issues, I agree about it being his problem smile
Yes my GALing is going well smile I did a big shop today, someone commented on what a large family I've got, lol. I just said that it's so I don't have to keep going out during the week. I hope I get some money off mum soon that she promised me, I'm spending it before I get it, lol.

Maybe it was him trying to subtly make sure you knew he'd been there LOL smile - just in case you didn't realize his post had gone. After all, remember his mind is working in MLC mode.

My son keeps trying to spend my money for me. I have to remind him that Christmas is coming so he can't spend any money on himself. If he keeps buying things for himself there'll be nothing left on his Christmas list LOL - and beside he's supposed to be saving for an xBox or PlayStation (I can never remember which one it is he wants).

I got my son's Christmas list yesterday. He's already added something else to it since he's given it to me, lol.

My son's list grows everytime he enters a store. I may have to ban him from even going grocery shopping as there's a toy and book department in there as well LOL. Sunday could be interesting as we're going into the city. I'm almost dreading what he's going to see in the stores there and want to add to his list.

I've already scheduled to do some shopping Monday nights while he's at Cadets. I'll drop him at the Cadet centre and scoot off to one of the malls for an hour or two, then pick him up and head home.

Yep, not looking forward to the malls this close to Christmas - and it'll only get worse LOL. At least Monday nights aren't going to be as bad as Friday nights or weekends.

Maybe I should apply for a CC and do all my shopping online LOL laugh.
