PM, I agree. I'm curious to know as well. I do know that once you open an email that you have tagged as "return receipt" and it's been opened you can't see how many times it has been opened.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
