Don't down yourself for being a bad mom. Sometimes teenage boys LOVE being alone! lol I know mine does. They knew what you were doing and that you were there if they needed you.

Interesting to hear about people on 'the other side'. lol. I guess it never feels normal for a long time and we have to get used to that regardless of the outcome.
