Oh yes, going to the gymn reeeeally helped! Endorphins have always worked for me. I'm also down another pound...34 lbs.
I wonder is there such a thing as the DR diet? This is the only good that has come of the situation so far...BUT it is GREAT! Oh and perhaps the weight training. It does sculpt, hoot!
