I hope you're not going to give up on us even though you think your marriage is dead. Even when you feel rock bottom, you know the only way is up from here I've felt like giving up hope loads of times, I feel like that at the moment. I would get federal help though, you'll find it helps and wish that you'd been on it earlier. That's what I felt when I finally got help. Don't be scared, remember everything you've read in DB and DR. Find another self help book to read. I've got one that I picked up today called you can heal your life by Louise Hay.
