GG - My birthday was great with the exception of no birthday sex but that gives me something to shoot for next year!
My adorable daughters made me a German Chocolate birthday cake and gave me the sweetest cards. I really enjoyed spending time with them. Later in the evening, Marianne stopped by and took me out for drinks at a local Irish bar (her treat). She insisted on driving so that I could enjoy myself without worrying about how I was going to get home - so I did! I started off with a good ole Irish Beer to celebrate my heritage, then she ordered me a shot called a buttery nipple (which tasted just like butterscotch candy), and I finished the night off with some single malt liquor scotch! It was a really fun evening. So, turning the ripe old age of 55 wasn't too painful afterall!
