That's terrible what happened to your W. I couldn't help but wonder if that was the real story about falling into a coffee table. And was she that drunk around your young D while taking care of her? That is not good. What if she fell and blacked out with D? What if D had an emergency, could W drive? I didn't know the whole story just asking some concerning questions if they apply.
