Thanks for your supportive words MH I don't intend on giving up this house that quickly, I love this house The view from my window as some of you know is of fields My neighbours are sheep, lol. Well I have got human neighbours as well The bus is every 30 mins into town and my Church is just around the corner from where I live! You're right you know, my H will blow all the money from the sale, I've already thought about this. He wants to carry on renting and keep the money in the bank to gain interest. What he's forgotten about is when we sell the house, we'll get no more money from the government as we'll then have capital. Yet another flaw in his plan!
