IMHO I think you should go with your gut feeling on this one, do you tell her or not? I wouldn't answer her email until you hear from the solicitor. I think it is strange that she should be telling you all this stuff ahead from the solicitor. Reading her email, she's expecting the jet ski to be delivered to hers, not necessarily by yourself. I don't really know what to suggest, personally I would ask her to come and collect it.
