Well got another email from the W just minutes ago.
"Hi hotwheelsaust,

Solicitor has sent you a letter agreeing to your proposal and you should receive that by post this week. A binding financial agreement is also being prepared and that will be sent to you as soon as possible also. I see you don't want to take the jet-ski and accessories and that is fine. Before you leave for Christmas holidays let me know when I can expect to receive them."

I got a hi this time. Also note how she expects me to take the jet ski to her. Also she didn't sign off. At least on the positive it should be finalised by moving time.
