When I see discussions like this it always hits my mind that the human race is so excellent in killing and getting pi$$ed – we can make a weapon out of a stone and we simply turn the vegetables we have at hand into alcohol. In Scandinavia we drink “Snaps”. For centuries we have told our selves that it tastes good but take my word for it – it doesn’t! Taste like sh!t but it for sure does the work! But when malt, corn, rice, sugarcanes or whatever is substituted with potatoes – what can you expect?
See, what we should have done: Take all the money and energy put in to weapons, drugs and alcohol and simply use them to make love last – but then again: I wouldn’t be able to get the recipe for a decent rumcake in here!
So back to the essentials: Can I have the recipe for that rumcake and the sherry trifle? What beverage goes well with these as I guess Snaps wont! F
