I pretty sure the recipe I've got is for the mulled wine mix which keeps indefinitely if stored in an airtight container. And the second part of the recipe gives instructions for mixing up a single serving or a batch. It's the simplest recipe I found for mulled wine.

I think Irish coffee is much easier and quicker though. How difficult is it to make coffee and add whiskey LOL. No mixing and stirring and watching temperature of pot.
