The W replied back to my email, simply saying she is sorry it has come to this too.

She then wanted to know when all the legal bank paperwork will be ready etc. I replied back that she stills needs to get the "binding financial agreement" done by her solicitor before any paperwork can be changed (names) or any payout fee given to her. She even wants to give me her bank details now for me to transfer the money. Mmmmm sounds like she is in a bit of a rush.
