Done it smile I bet he rings the house phone now, lol. He always rings me and asks me to open it for him to see what it is, so if it's important he can deal with it. I'll just let the house phone ring and then see who it is afterwards.
I tell you this week has been so stressful, my IBS is playing up big time!

Can you turn the house phone's ringer off? On mine you can, so that way it will ring but you won't be able to hear it. Especially if your son is likely to ask why you're not answering the phone.

I'll just say I was doing something and I'll answer it in a bit. I could turn the ringer off, but then if anyone else tries to ring then I won't know if anyone's phoned. Does that make sense? I'm supposed to have caller display on my phone, but it's not working at the mo. Maybe I'll give the phone provider another call smile

Makes perfect sense. And yes, you should get your caller display sorted out. It would make your life simpler LOL. Either that or an answering machine.

Pud, sorry I've not heard of the show Orphan Black. I'll google it when I get a chance smile

Now, you just need a deep breath or two, and a large spritzer. Relax!! smile

Ok deep breaths and relax smile No spritzer for me yet, it's got to be wine o'clock first, lol. Got to keep a clear head whilst my son is still up. Then again... lol.

This afternoon is going waaaaay too slow. I was sure it was already wine o'clock. Just looked at the time and realized how early it is.

I'm not worried about waiting til my son goes to bed before I grab a wine LOL. Good job too, as he will probably be up until 11 tonight - it's Friday and he doesn't have to get up for school.

And, with OW bringing H round the house after work today to pick up his tools, there's a pretty good chance I'll need a large one fairly soon after getting home. At least I've got a bottle in the fridge chilling when I'm ready.

You're right smile I just like having a wine when he's asleep as I can really chill out then smile My son can't stay up late because he'll still wake up at 7am and then he'll be tired for the rest of the day and make my life a misery, lol. A lot of people don't understand this about him, but it's part of his autism that he feels he must get up at 7!
