I'm so sorry to hear this. Maybe your h downloaded the photos to a thumb drive??? Where they on the hard drive or on your ISP server? You may want to contact a computer techie so see if they can be retrieved.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
