It was a good, validating email you sent her. She's obviously not on the same page regarding the M, so don't fall into the trap of constantly reminding her that you're waiting for her. You said it in that email, no need to repeat it, she knows. Just keep showing her a changed you through your actions, maybe some day that'll draw her back. Until then give her time and space and keep working on -you-.
