I could see how glasses could get in the way of a kiss. Maybe he was thinking about a kiss, and decided on a hug instead.

Sounds like your H is definitely thinking about stuff, in a good way! Progress! Yay!

The Wall has to come down brick by brick...seems like H is starting to pull the bricks down. Stay patient and strong, my friend.

Sorry about the separate bedroom question on my thread. I'm just super confused in my sitch because of the whole ML thing. Lol.

Thanks for your honesty and being willing to answer my question. That must really hurt that your H did that... and I'm so sorry for that.

I hope so Angela. Like I said it kind of scares me too, but I cannot try to guess why he is in a good mood or treating me nicely. That WILL drive me crazy if I do that.

Funny you mentioned the wall and bricks coming down, that has been a vision in my head for the past week! Must be our ESP DB connection. smile

No worries at all about the question you asked. It did suck that he moved to other bedroom so quickly, but he was in complete I am done mode when he did that, so he had to make it appear as so. He was emotionally gone. And that confirmed my thought that he was actually being physical with AW. Sometimes it's ok because now at least I have my own space I can retreat to if needed.

Today started off okay, I always turn my light on in my bedroom in the morning, so my S knows I'm up and can say goodbye before he leaves for school. My H had not been saying goodbye in the morning before he left, but today, he perched on the 1st stair landing and peered into my bedroom and said 'Goodbye, have a good day'. I jumped up and said 'Ok you have a good one too'. Wee positives.

That's great about the bricks/wall analogy. Our DBing minds do think alike! Lol.

Anyway, good to see your H is seeking you out. Baby steps, right? I'm so glad for you that he seems to be reconnecting with you. smile

Thanks Angela. Yeah, I find myself not even getting thrilled about baby steps. Since this is the 2nd A, I am feeling a bit more harsh about it this time.

I am wondering if I really care any more. You know, the old flip-flop mood. laugh

Ah, yes....the flipping of the moods.

Not only do we get to experience the unpredictable moods of our spouses during all this, but sometimes, we can't even be sure what our mood will be! Lol. (Just kidding....I know, I know...we're supposed to have a PMA)

A couple of people at work (who don't know details but know my marriage isn't good) couldn't believe I was in good mood at work today, after H said he's "really moving out" this time, etc.

And, I think, at least for today, it is because I really don't care right now. I'm just weary of it all.

In any case, I can understand you feeling harshness toward your H, since you've already been through this before.

Have a good afternoon/evening!

Sheesh.

It does seem that way. One of the ladies I work with, married for over 25 years, recently joined the MLC wives' club, as she called it. Her H up and moved out, and is showing all the classic signs of MLC. The only thing he's missing is an OW - at least as far as she is aware.
