I promise to give you an update when i am able to get a few minutes to spare. I will have to think about what has been happening....i feel a lot better within myself at least.

@Fartiltre, what you suggest is in line with what i have read. I simply don't seem to be able to ignore our anniversary. I am going to go and buy a card and chocolates. That seems to be a good compromise. I suppose that i don't have to actually give her the card and chocolates. I will feel better for having bought them though. It just seems so rude to ignore today....just a sentimental bloke i suppose.
