BA-I'm with Wii... Why would we be wielding 2x4s? As long as you are clear with expectations and desired outcomes, it all sounds good to me. And it all sounds grown up. Lol.
Ellie-if you're around, I need a doctor's input. Back in July, D16's neuro prescribed Onfi for her seizures (on top of the zonegran). She did this on request from the nephrologist, who asked for a med that didn't tax the kidneys. So, today I got a letter from CVS/Caremark, saying that we need to find another medication as Onfi is in short supply and they can't get more from the manufacturer.
I know there are cancer protocol meds in short supply, but not this. Do you know the reason behind it? I'm sure CVS would carry it if they could... Because my copay alone is $150 for a 3 month supply. No generic, as it's relatively new. I'll talk to the neuro on Monday, but thought I would ask you in the meantime. I'm not excited about weaning her down then off.... It's going to be rough. The nephrologist is going to be unhappy too.

I just got home from a high school football game. (D16 is on the integrated cheer squad). It started out nice and then got windy and cold. I was hoping to take a walk tonight, but I'm too freezing to do that. I have a date with my bathtub instead. Then I can pull a Wii and say loving things to my face in the mirror... Because I have to be nice to the person I'm dating.
