Down in good old Australia: I have had kangaroo, crocodile and emu. All tasted great when they were cooked by a 5 star chef, but when tried cooking them myself (or my wife did) they tasted disgusting. That's not blaming the wife for her cooking, just how much better it all tastes when done by a professional.
