Howdy all,

Yes, the ocean IS quiet. I've put my time away from the PC to good use! And yes, I'm still fish sober.

Yesterday, Mr. W. brought the girls home around 10:30. I dropped D9 off at her birthday party while D6 and I headed to the grocery store. Wanted to get that out of the way because of the snow forecast (which, BTW, fell grossly short of the predictions).

Then we had a play date with her best friend, until it was time to pick up D9. After that, we returned to the house for some R&R before church... and I caught up with a friend and her dad there and we all headed out to eat.

We got home fairly late and spent the rest of our time watching some TV and doing laundry.

Today has been an organizing fiesta. Happily, D9 helped me clean out the file cabinet and get everything sorted and reorganized. I'm nearly finished with dinner prep and advanced dinner prep for the crock pot tomorrow.

I FEEL GOOD (doing my best James Brown imitation)!!!

I will comment that I had headed to mass yesterday feeling contemplative and strategic. The gospel readings hit home... 2nd reading (Paul) was about love is patient and kind. I ended up leaving feeling a little more motivated to hang in here awhile longer.

Other than that, no worries here. Hope you guys are having good weekends too. So yes, just keep swimming!

Bets
