You just eat less JP lol. I can have a rose wine spritzer with lemonade most nights and still lose weight Mind you I do a lot of walking as well

I'm thinking of getting a puppy - I'd have no excuse for not walking then. Just not sure I can afford it just yet. Need to get that budget a bit more under control first.

I took the bus all the time in the UK - didn't own a car, rented if we needed one. When we first moved over here I took the bus as well, until the company I worked for relocated to another city and I had to buy a car in order to keep the job.
No way is walking more fun than drinking - that'a crazy talk LOL . Anything is more fun than ironing and housework
