Kel, sometimes the excuse of "having to be there for the boys" is all someone needs.
Have no expectations, but I believe this will start to cause friction with OW. Your job is to remain calm and beautiful. I would go in the direction of "I understand. If you can't continue I will look to hire someone in the morning etc etc. Can you continue until I get this sorted out?"
You have to believe this though and this scenario could occur, so be prepared for it.
