I don't mind at all if you want to read my thread tomorrow fly smile I've not yet needed to put the subtitles on when I'm watching TV, occasionally I do if I can't quite catch what they are saying. I don't look at my H's FB wall because he's living in MLC land and he always lies to me. FB just proves to me that he lies and he keeps getting tagged in photos with "friends" when he's supposed to be seeing his son. It just upsets me, so I don't go there anymore!
MH, I was supposed to go on a support group to help with managing my tinnitus, but it was too far away for me to get there and as usual there's not one near where I live! Either that or it's the wrong time or the wrong day!

I stumbled across an old Simon Pegg show on Netfix called Spaced. First episode has his wife or SO tossing him out, so he and a woman he met at a coffee shop scheme to pretend to be a couple to secure a flat.

His SO acts jealous that he's moving in with a woman. He tells her that she's got no right to be upset because she's the one who ended it and is seeing someone else.

He says "You can't dangle the bogus carrot of possible reconciliation in front of my face while riding some other donkey!"

That line is epic - or should I say brilliant? wink So far the show is a classic DB scenario.

Turns out the reason W had her knickers in a knot yesterday was over "personal business" on FB. :-/

I shall endeavor to post more carefully. blush

It wasn't even really anything personal that I posted - I just posted a youtube video of a song from an old movie.

Yep, that’s my H. Way back when, he was almost OCD about the way his clothes got put away, rotating the shirts so they got an even amount of wear, colour coding them, and he was always the first to have his laundry put away. The last few months he was home, his clothes usually ended up piled on the floor instead of in his drawers or closet. OW is also the opposite to me – dyed hair, fake nails, make-up even on weekends - and that is something he always said he didn’t want me to do.

I should add that it was the neighbours or friends that paid him in beer - he hasn't done anything to or in our house in all the time we've been there (except paint S13's bedroom about 6 months after we moved in)
