Oooooh Curly Wurlys! Sounds like it's time for a trip to one of the Brit stores. Actually there's a few in and near my sister's town, which is where I'm spending Friday night/Saturday. S13 and I want to get out and have an explore around her area, so I'll be making a note of where those stores are and including them in the plans.

Hmmmm, nice drunk ladies now is it? wink What are we going to do with you MH - LOL smile Whatever would your W think? I know that if my H actually noticed someone flirting with me back in the day he wouldn't have been very happy - nowadays he barely notices that I'm in the room, never mind someone flirting with me frown But I totally agree about it making a person feel good.

Yeah... it gets worse.... I mentioned the funny, happy, amorous drunk lady to W while texting. She said she was sorry she never compliments me then went quiet. I thought I blew it, so I of course I panicked and mentioned flirty waitress and make a joke of it being angling for tips... oh, boy. whistle

Have to love the jealousy while she texts OM a dozen times a day. But... we are on for our dinner and bookstore visit. Just tomorrow instead of tonight because we're both very tired.

I shall endeavor to behave myself more, to avoid a bruising 2x4 tuneup. cool

On that note, I better move up to the front of the class when we do yoga. I don't want to be *that* guy in the back of the yoga class. Those tights the young ladies wear should be illegal, I'm telling you. They're so revealing, all they really do is change the color! shocked Eyes on the floor, MH, eyes on the floor... crazy

There's one in every class smirk - only most deliberately pick the back of the class and wouldn't think of moving to the front. One of the few good ones MH? wink

Tonight I decided to give those woman in town a break. I stayed out of temptation's way. No cabs with intoxicated women, no restaurants with flirty waitresses. Just me, a saw, a wheelbarrow and a several brush piles of wet, rotting wood. smirk

I figured instead of paying someone to haul it off, or renting a chipper, I might as well stack the better bits up under the garage overhang. It'll never be quality firewood, but it'll burn. You know what they say about firewood? It warms you three times. When you cut it, when you stack it, and when you burn it. smile I still have a pile of the worst stuff to go thru (it's a mix of wood pile and huge compost heap) but I ran out of daylight.

I also sorted out a bunch of shorter bits of lumber from the wood shed into a separate last chance pile. It may get used on a project, or it may get burned in the fireplace. But at least if it's not mixed in, I can find that short bit of 2x4 when I need it. (Not a DB 2x4, but actual lumber. LOL) I also hauled a bunch of old rusty chains and tools from the woodshed to the garage to sort through. Some of the tools are really rustic and cool looking, so they're going to go up on the garage walls as decorations.

Remember GAL activities don't have to be fun! LOL. Just kidding. One of the things I'm supposed to practice for my stress management/meditation class is being mindful of ordinary moments and activities, instead of rushing through them on auto pilot. I actually felt at peace just sorting/stacking the wood pile. It took just enough concentration to keep my mind focuses on something besides my problems, but wasn't taxing enough to create stress.

Now... tackle something indoors, or go to bed early...? confused

Go to bed! lol just kidding smile You put me to shame! Can I have some of your energy so I can get some jobs done? I like the bit you said about GALing doesn't have to be fun, lol. You make me laugh smile You may be keeping away from those women, but you've still got a lot of testosterone energy to get rid of smile

Maybe you should try kick boxing or something to burn off that testerone of yours wink

Sounds a lot like me. Once I actually get started on a project, I tend to keep going until it's done, but it can take some time for me to actually get started smile. I'm an expert at finding legitimate reasons for not starting a job smile.
