Looking back do you see a way you could have gotten the info you needed and been able to make arrangements for the kids?
You've come a long way T, but you have to take charge of you. I know I keep saying that, and I know it's sometimes hard to do.
But that's the only hope for any of us. To be in control of our lives and that includes not allowing her (or anyone) to control you.
You know she's going to get angry and "spew" so don't let it throw you but also don't ignore what she's actually saying. Then clarify what you think you've heard.
I'm sorry, I know not seeing your S on his BD will be difficult but you have alternative plans, it will be fun. You'll know it's not his BD but he won't. He's the important one.
