JonF: She moved out on BD day, filed about two weeks later. She filed a TRO a month or so after the D. She found out she was ill around the middle of the year and dropped the TRO so we could communicate. She asked for a couple of favors that I could not accommodate. My last communication offering to put her on my health insurance was accused of being manipulative and I was asked not to contact her again unless it was about the D. We had a hearing Thursday but I just got a call from my L that the judge rescheduled for later in the month.
