I hear ya Lefty. Today I was not a happy camper, but realized it is me and no one else, although I would dearly love to use the "Whack-A-Spouse" today for no other reason than I was overwhelmed lol!
If you and W agreed before on the settlement, then tell her you have no problems not involving lawyers since she had already agreed to the previous settlement. If she would care to forward you her agreement on the settlement, you see no need for lawyers either.
