I did it in 1989 and have done "Team" 7 times since, but Six of those times were in the ninteies. Eric & Joanne and Tina and Elissa have my info. This past winter was my first time doing Team in several years. I had some particpants going.
For ME, doing Team is deeply enriching and a refresher course, plus you meaningfully connect wiht new people. IT's exhausting but what a great way to brush up on those types of interactions.
